The plaintiff contended that the defendant’s staff failed to timely diagnose and treat her appendicitis, that its medical staff failed to promptly perform diagnostic testing to arrive at a correct diagnosis, and that they failed to provide the proper standard of care. The defendant denied liability and contended that an abscess prevented proper diagnosis and treatment of the plaintiff's condition. |
