Our team of experienced researchers has over 280,000 cases at their disposal, including more than 400 different injuries and in excess of 300 liabilities. From auto accidents to business negligence to medical malpractice and beyond, we've got the data you need to build your winning case strategy.

Every case in our database is reported, tabulated, and analyzed to track every trend and deviation, plus provide the most comprehensive valuation data. Our case files include plaintiff and defense verdicts and settlements and awards that are low, extreme, and in-between.

While we don't obtain 100 percent of the jury verdicts rendered nationwide, we do obtain a statistically significant sample to produce descriptive statistics for specific areas of personal injury and employment practice litigation. The cases are collected in an impartial manner, with no intentional bias toward plaintiff or defense verdicts, award figures, or geographic regions.
